What's included
- On-site walk with our project lead
- Setback, easement and buildable-area screen
- Water, sewer, septic and utility capacity review
- County rules read (pre and post SB 531)
- Design direction sketch and program
- Preliminary cost band in writing
- Recommended next-step scope + timeline
If we recommend against building, we say so — in writing. If we recommend moving forward, the Readiness Assessment fee is credited toward your design contract.
